Senior Business Solutions Analyst
Up to £75k base Salary
Based in Jersey
Our client is an offshore Law Firm that is growing and looking to expand its Technology Team in their Jersey office. It is an exciting time to join, as they are at the beginning of a significant Programme of work which involves a technology refresh right across the business. This includes core technology such as their Practice Management System (PMS) but also new and upgraded systems across the Microsoft Stack. To focus on providing business benefits with the continuous enhancement and transformation of the Group’s Corporate Services system – Viewpoint. Leveraging advancements in technology to adapt and improve Viewpoint business processes to meet business requirements in line with the Group’s business and technology strategy.
We are looking for someone with experience:

Previous experience providing support and development to business solutions

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems.

Experience of working within an IT change control & release management environment

Able to demonstrate strong SQL skills, and data transformation/manipulation using TSQL

Any experience with the implementation and configuration of iManage Work, Thompson Reuters, data rooms and SaaS products would be an advantage

Experience with system development and integrations using API’s would be a real advantage

Experience in the development and management of complex workflow systems such as IntApp.

Hold a relevant IT or Project Management qualification or be prepared to study towards one.
The role is full-time, based in the Jersey office.
There will also be an opportunity to visit their other offshore offices around the world.
