Zenzo Digital was launched in January 2021. With more than 25 years of experience recruiting talented professionals across Digital and Technology, we wanted to create our own vision of an Agency that would meet the resourcing needs of our sector both now, and in the years ahead.

The desire from Businesses for Transformation has accelerated, as has the demand for skilled resources to help them achieve it. Zenzo is at the forefront of supplying these.

How We Work

The process of providing
an opportunity for a Zenzo person

Step 1

Initial Contact from a Resourcing Consultant articulating an Opportunity, a review of your skills and experience, discuss your suitability and attain interest in the role for us to then form a long list.

Step 2

Call or Teams with the Recruiting Consultant to discuss the opportunity further and confirm short list selection for a role, attain reference contacts to endorse your application and discuss next steps.

Step 3

Interview set up, a full brief on the role, company and hiring manager and tips on “how to win”.

Step 4

Feedback if unsuccessful or full permanent or contract offer if successful. Due diligence completed, start details communicated and contractors onboarded to our systems to deliver the contract.
